Festival in South VMC is being billed as the entertainment capital of downtown Vaughan.
The development includes four condo towers with an open-air promenade through the center. This promenade will feature a curated mix of retail, restaurants and services. It is part of QuadReal’s 80-acre master-planned South VMC community.
The first two towers Festival and Grand Festival (phase 1 and 2) sold out in four months, making it Canada’s best-selling condominium community in 2020. They are expected to be complete in 2024.
Phase 3 will launch in 2022.
